Sherif Ammar, MD

Dr. Sherif Ammar, previously a Clinical Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology at Harvard Medical School, is a Board Certified Otolaryngogist and Fellowship trained Facial Plastic Surgeon. He graduated at the top of his class at Rutgers Medical School, where he also served his residency and attained Chief Resident status. He completed his fellowship in facial plastic surgery at the prestigious Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. He then went on to serve in his aforementioned professorial position at Harvard, responsible for training resident physicians in all aspects of head and neck surgery before relocating to Southern California. He has been the recipient of numerous academic award and honors and has several publications in prominent medical journals.
