CBCC Global Research

Cancer researchers and physicians are continually looking for better, more effective methods to treat cancer.

This often involves a new drug or new treatment that shows promise. CBCC’s Global Research department is a leading clinical research organization headquartered in the US with its direct presence in India. They have offered a broad spectrum of clinical trial services in several different cancer fields including oncology, neuropsychiatry, ophthalmology, and medical devices for more than 30 years.

CBCC Global Research offers end-to-end services for Phase I-IV of clinical trials, including safety management, clinical data management & statistical analysis, and medical & scientific writing. There are many different types of clinical trials that treat the many types of cancer and their stages. A trial is commonly used by physicians to compare the accepted treatment, called the standard of care, to a new treatment that they hope will prove to be more effective.

There are several advantages to participating in clinical trials. In most cases, participants are treated with state-of-the-art cancer care. They’re some of the first to benefit from new treatment. Participants receive cancer drugs at no cost. Being a participant also allows you to take an active role in your healthcare while helping others. Some disadvantages to clinical trials may include unknown side effects and a lack of improvement with the trial treatment. It is important to talk about all your treatment options with your provider to see if clinical trials are right for you and make sure that you are receiving the best care possible.

Each clinical trial is strictly regulated by the federal government to ensure that it is safe, ethical, and protects the rights of the participants. Each trial is carefully monitored by clinical review panels. Each participant is kept informed about the trial and participants are free to withdraw from the study at any time. Clinical Trials provide valuable information that may help change the way we treat cancer.
