Dr. David Foulad began practicing in 2022 and specializes in breast cancer surgery and management of other breast diseases. He graduated UCLA School of Medicine and completed his residency in General Surgery at Loma Linda University and a fellowship in Breast Surgical Oncology at Stanford University.
He aims to empower his patients to thrive without the fear of a breast cancer diagnosis. Dr. Foulad not only offers a potential surgical cure, but also strives to give light to the hope a patient may need throughout the course of screening, diagnosis, treatment, and surveillance. He specializes in Breast Biopsies, Mastectomy, Lumpectomy, Oncoplastic Surgery, benign breast diseases, and much more.
Additionally, he has ties to several local hospitals including Dignity Health Mercy Hospital Downtown, Mercy Hospital Southwest, and Bakersfield Memorial Hospital. Dr. Foulad has written more than a dozen articles for various scientific medical journals which can be found in the National Library of Medicine.
