Dr. Angel Morán is certified in Radiation Oncology by The American Board of Radiology. This exceptional achievement reflects Dr. Morán's dedication, expertise, and commitment to providing outstanding care to our patients.
Dr. Angel Morán is a graduate from UC Davis School of Medicine where he has also completed his residency and served as chief resident. He is fluent in both English and Spanish and is eager to serve central valley residents.
As a medical student, Dr. Morán received multiple awards and scholarships for both merit and research including national research fellowships from ASTRO, ASCO and RSNA. He completed his internship at UCSF Fresno and was the recipient of the Resident Of The Year Award. During residency, Dr. Morán has co-authored multiple peer-reviewed articles and abstracts in the field of radiation oncology.
Dr. Morán is a member of multiple professional societies including the American College of Radiation Oncology, American Brachytherapy Society, American College of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
