BREAST CANCER

Metastatic or Locally Advanced

Treatment : Phase III, double-blind Study of IMC-1121B + Docetaxel vs Docetaxel + Placebo in Patients with previously Untreated, Locally Recurrent/ Metastatic, Her 2 Negative Breast Cancer.

Minimum Requirements : Open and enrolling: Must be Her 2 Negative, and have had NO prior treatment for metastatic breast cancer.

Metastatic or Locally Advanced

Treatment : Phase III, Open-Label study comparing Study drug, TDM-1 vs Capecitabine + Lapatinib in Metastatic or Locally Advanced, HER 2 Positive patients.

Minimum Requirements : Open/ Enrolling: Must have Progressive disease following at least 1 Traztuzumab-containg regimen and must have received a Taxane in prior therapy. Cannot have received prior Lapatinib.

Treatment : Phase I, Open-Label trial of MM-121 in combination with Paclitaxel weekly in patients with HER 2 Negative Breast cancer .

Minimum Requirements : Open/ Enrolling: Evidence of recurring or persistant disease following at least 1 prior treatment in the advanced setting. Minimal peripheral neuropathy allowed.

Treatment : Phase II, study comparing Letrozole+ PD0332991 vs Letrozole alone in the treatment of advanced or metastatic, HER 2 Negative, Post-Menopausal Women.

Minimum Requirements : Open- Enrolling: HER 2 Negative and ER Positive. ( this must be confirmed by sponsor before enrollment) and NO prior treatment for advanced breast cancer.

Treatment : Phase III, Double-Blind, Placebo- controlled, study of Traztuzumab+Paclitaxel+Everolimus vs Traztuzumab+Paclitaxel+ Placebo

Minimum Requirements : Open/ Enrolling: Must be HER 2 Positive, and mave not have received prior therapy for Advanced Breast cancer.

Treatment : Phase IIIB, Expanded Access trial of BSI-201 (Oral drug) on days 1,4,8 and 11 in combination with Gemcitabine and Carboplatin weeekly.

Minimum Requirements : Open/ Enrollment is limited to random selection process. Must be HER 2 Negative, and ER/ PR Negative advanced Breast cancer . Must have received at least 1 prior therapy for Advanced/ Metastatic Breast Cancer.

Treatment : Phase III, comparing combination of Taxotere/ Cytoxan+ Bevacizumab vs Taxotere/ Cytoxan alone vs Taxotere/ Adriamycin/ Cytoxan after initial diagnosis of Breast Cancer.

Minimum Requirements : Open/ Enrolling: Must be HER 2 Negative and NO prior treatment for breast cancer.

NEO-Adjuvant Breast Cancer

Treatment : Phase II Trial for HER 2 Positive patients, confirmed by sponsor, comparing Taxol/ Carboplatin/ Traztuzumab vs Taxol/ Carboplatin/ Traztuzumab/ Tykerb vs Taxol/ Carboplatin/ Tykerb

Minimum Requirements : Open/ Enrolling: Must be HER 2 Positive, Neo -Adjuvant Candidate; Stage I, II or III Breast Cancer. Will receive Chemotherapy then surgery, followed by more chemotherapy.

CANCER ANOREXIA/CACHEXIA ANEMIA

CHEMO-INDUCED NAUSEA/VOMITING

COLON CANCER

Metastatic

Treatment : Phase II open-label study of ENZ-2208 with or without Cetuximab every 3 weeksin 4- week cycles.

Minimum Requirements : Open/ Enrolling: Must have disease progression following therapy containing Irinotecan, Oxaliplatin, and 5FU. All patients must have prior biopsy tissue available for K-RAS testing.

Refractory Metastatic

Treatment : Phase III, Study of Perifosine / Placebo every day (oral medication)+ Oral Capecitabine taken twice a day for 14 days, then 7 days off.

Minimum Requirements : Open/ Enrolling: Must have known K-RAS status, and never have received Capecitabine in the metastatic setting.

LEUKEMIA/LYMPHOMA

Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma

Treatment : Phase II trial comparing Rituxan/ CHOP to Rituxan/ CHOP with Velcade for 6 cycles.

Minimum Requirements : Enrollment pending/ Screening Now; Must have Newly diagnosed Non-Germinal Center B-Cell-Like Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma. NO prior treatment for this disease.

MELANOMA

MULTIPLE MYELOMA

Recurrent or Refractory Myeloma

Treatment : Phase II trial using Open-label combination of Dexamethasone, Doxil, Velcade IV Days 1, 4, 8, and 11 and Revlamid orally for 14 days on a 29 day Cycle. Up to 8 cycles to acheive best response.

Minimum Requirements : Open/ Enrolling: Must meet certain criteria to establish recurrance or refractory disease. Speak with Study coordinator.

NON-SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER

Stage IIIB or IV NSCLC

Treatment : Phase II trial that Compares 4-6 cycles Taxol/ Carboplatin with or without Study drug, IMC-3G3 There is a crossover arm for patients randomized to the chemotherapy only arm, who progress on that regimen.

Minimum Requirements : Open/ Enrolling for 1st-line NSCLC patients with measurable disease.

Early NSCLC

Treatment : Phase III, double-blind trial designed to test efficacy of a vaccine to prevent recurrance after definitive treatment. Treatment can be surgery (resection) alone or surgery followed by up to 4 cycles of Adjuvant chemotherapy.

Minimum Requirements : Open/ Enrolling: Must have pathologically confirmed stage 1B, II or IIIA disease. Patients will be tested for the presence of MAGE-A3 gene expression. Those positive are eligible to participate.

Metastatic NSCLC

Treatment : Phase III trial comparing Pemetrexed IV(Alimta) to PF-02341066 orally. There is a crossover arm for pateints randomized to the Premetrexed arm who progress. This trial follows a first- line therapy.

Minimum Requirements : Open/ Enrolling: Must test positive for a translocation/ Inversion of the ALK Gene Locus. Pathology must be adenocarcinoma.

Treatment : Phaase II, Single arm trial of PF-02341066 for patients who do not qualify for the other PF-02341066 trial

Minimum Requirements : Open/ Enrolling/ NSCLC patient who harbor a translocation/ inversion of the ALK Gene Locus. Must be Adencarcinoma.

Treatment : Phase II, Open-label, trial comparing Tarceva to Tarceva + Fulestrin (Faslodex)

Minimum Requirements : Open/ Enrolling: previously treated patients or those who cannot tolerate standard chemotherapy.

OVARIAN

Metastatic and Recurrent

Treatment : Phase I, Open-Label study for pateints with recurrent/ refractory Ovarian cancer after platinum failure. Receive MM-121 with Taxol Weekly until progression.

Minimum Requirements : Open/ Enrolling: Must have recurrent or persistant disease following at least 1 line of therapy containing a platinum.
